YOga

I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING YOGA FOR 20 YEARS AND am a corporate, charity and studio teacher

I teach yoga, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness to employees within businesses.

I partner with charities and organisations to deliver tailored sessions to vulnerable people, including those who may not be able to afford studio-priced yoga, those with addictions, those who have finished cancer treatment and those experiencing poor physical or mental health.

I teach Hatha, vinyasa flow, meditation and breathwork classes and workshops both online and in studios across the UK.
